Hi, I'm Dr. Clauson — Cynthia. I am an author, researcher, and technology developer in support of staff, student, and organizational leadership development. Experienced nationally and internationally throughout 44 years of serving numerous organizations. Gems from my education and leadership journey are shared in the Resilient Culture Leader model.
